Solutions for Humans

What We Do

Data engineering, sovereign infrastructure, and analytics — built as one coherent ecosystem, scoped to your reality.

graphical user interface

Your sovereign tech stack.

Your IT systems should work for you, not the vendor. We architect and deploy SMB office productivity stacks on cost-effective, open-source and open-standards technology.

Linux-first Infrastructure

Stable, secure, and entirely yours. No licensing surprises, no forced upgrades, no dependency on a vendor’s roadmap. Desktops and servers.

European Cloud Hosting

Infomaniak, Hetzner, or your choice. GDPR-native, no US hyperscaler exposure, full data residency control.

Open Source Stack

Nextcloud, kSuite, OnlyOffice, and the tools that keep your workflows running without a subscription held over your head. Productivity apps, email, meeting and collaboration software without the geopolitical or financial exposure.

Linux First

Stable, secure, and entirely yours. No licensing surprises, no forced upgrades, no dependency on a vendor’s roadmap. We deploy and manage Linux desktops and servers that your team can actually use — preconfigured, supported, and without the Windows tax.

Most SMBs run Windows because that’s what they’ve always run, not because it’s the right tool. Linux desktops have crossed the usability threshold. For office workers doing documents, email, browser-based applications, and video calls, the day-to-day experience is indistinguishable — and the total cost of ownership is substantially lower. No per-device licensing, no forced hardware upgrades to support the latest OS version, no telemetry you didn’t agree to.

We handle the deployment: hardware selection or reuse, OS installation, domain or directory integration, peripheral compatibility, and user onboarding. Your team shows up to working machines.

Your Tech Sovereignty respected

Infomaniak, Hetzner, or your preferred provider. GDPR-native from day one, no US hyperscaler exposure, full data residency control.

The US CLOUD Act gives American authorities the legal right to demand data from US-based cloud providers regardless of where that data is physically stored. If your business operates under GDPR, handles client data, or works in regulated sectors, that’s not a theoretical risk — it’s a structural one. European-hosted infrastructure removes it.

We set up and manage your cloud environment: virtual machines, storage, backups, DNS, SSL, and monitoring. You get infrastructure that performs, with costs you can predict, and a provider whose legal obligations run to European law — not a US court order.

Open Source Productivity Stack

Nextcloud, kSuite, and OnlyOffice replace the tools you’re currently renting from Microsoft or Google — file storage, document editing, email, calendar, video meetings, and team collaboration, without per-seat pricing and without your business data feeding someone else’s AI model.

The average SMB pays €10–25 per user per month for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. At 20 users that’s €2,400–6,000 per year, every year, with no exit and no ownership. The open-source equivalent runs on infrastructure you control, costs a fraction of that in hosting, and gives you capabilities that match or exceed what you’re replacing for most workloads.

We deploy, configure, and integrate the stack: Nextcloud for files and collaboration, OnlyOffice for document editing with full Office format compatibility, and email and calendar on your own domain. Data migration from your existing provider included. Your team gets trained. The whole thing runs on your European cloud infrastructure, not ours — you own it when we’re done.

Future-proof your cloud.

It’s a turbulent world out there. Let us help you find shelter from the storm.

Cloud Compute On Your Terms

Move your servers, databases, and applications off AWS, Azure, or GCP to European-hosted infrastructure — Infomaniak, Hetzner, IONOS, or your preferred provider. Or migrate from aging on-premises hardware to cloud infrastructure you actually control. We plan the migration, handle DNS, certificates, data transfer, and testing. You end up running the same workloads with the same performance, but your data lives where your business does.

Sovereign AI

Whether you’re exploring AI-assisted analytics, automated pipeline generation, or embedding LLM capabilities into your data workflows, Eumetix can design and deliver a solution that your legal and compliance teams will actually sign off on.

Sovereign AI isn’t a compromise. With the right architecture, it’s faster to deploy, cheaper to operate, and easier to audit than anything running on a US hyperscaler. We

Cloud Compute On Your Terms

Most cloud migrations are sold as a one-way door. Pick a hyperscaler, sign the enterprise agreement, and spend the next five years trying to get out. We don’t work that way.

Whether you’re moving off AWS, Azure, or GCP for cost or compliance reasons, migrating aging on-premises hardware to something you can actually manage, or just re-evaluating who holds your infrastructure, we plan and execute the move. DNS cutover, SSL, data transfer, application testing, and rollback procedures. Your team ends up running the same workloads with the same performance — but your data lives where your business does, on infrastructure with a monthly bill you can read without a FinOps consultant.

We’re provider-agnostic. Infomaniak, Hetzner, IONOS, or whatever fits your latency, compliance, and budget requirements. We’ll tell you which one makes sense for your situation and why.

Sovereign AI

AI is useful. AI running on a US hyperscaler, trained on your business data, governed by terms of service written by someone else’s legal team, is a compliance problem waiting to happen — especially under GDPR and the EU AI Act.

Sovereign AI means models and inference infrastructure that run on hardware you control, in a jurisdiction you choose, with data that doesn’t leave your environment. Whether you’re looking at AI-assisted analytics, document processing, automated pipeline generation, or embedding LLM capabilities into your existing workflows, we design and deliver the architecture your legal team will actually sign off on.

It’s not a compromise. Open-weight models running on European GPU infrastructure are genuinely competitive with the hosted alternatives for most business use cases — and they’re faster to audit, cheaper at scale, and answerable to your compliance requirements rather than a vendor’s roadmap.

You get: A migration plan, executed. DNS cutover, SSL, data transfer, application testing, and rollback procedures. Documentation of your new environment. We don’t hand you a plan and walk away — we do the move.

This is for you if: You’re re-evaluating your cloud provider for cost, sovereignty, or compliance reasons, or you’re moving off-premises for the first time and want it done without downtime surprises.

Turn data into knowledge.

Data is your organization’s most valuable asset. Let us help you put it to use.

BI and Reporting

Metabase or Apache Superset deployed, connected to your data, and configured with the dashboards your team actually needs for real decisions — not a showcase of chart types. We build your first round of reports, train your analysts to create and modify their own, and make sure the whole thing is fast enough that people will actually use it instead of going back to the spreadsheet.

Data Governance

We catalog what you have, where it lives, who owns it, and how much you can trust it. The deliverable is a documented data landscape and a practical governance framework your team can actually follow — not a 200-page policy binder that lives in a drawer. If you don’t know what data you have, this is where to start.

AI Readiness

Take advantage of emerging new technologies to gain actionable insights. AI can only help when given good data. Garbage in…garbage out.

Right-Sized Analytics.

Not every organization needs a six-figure enterprise BI contract. Not every organization can get away without one either. We work across the full spectrum.

For organizations with mature data environments and enterprise governance requirements, we implement and configure Qlik Sense and Tableau — covering data modeling, governed semantic layers, dashboard development, row-level security, and embedded analytics where needed.

Where licensing costs, seat pricing, or data residency requirements make that a poor fit, we deploy Metabase or Apache Superset on your own infrastructure: open-source, self-hosted, no per-user fees, and fully under your control. The dashboards look professional, the queries run fast, and your data doesn’t leave your environment.

Either way, the output is the same: connected to your data, configured with the reports your team actually needs for real decisions, and fast enough that people use it instead of going back to the spreadsheet. We build your first round of reports, train your analysts to create and modify their own, and document how it all fits together.

Data Lakehouse Done Well.

From raw to ready. We build data warehouses that actually work.

A Truly Open Lakehouse

A complete, standards-based analytical warehouse — schema design, data modeling, initial loads, and the pipelines to keep it current. We build on Trino and Apache Iceberg for clients going sovereign, on PostgreSQL for simpler needs, or on your existing platform if you already have one. The warehouse is designed around the questions your business actually needs to answer, not a theoretical reference architecture.

Hyperscale Implementations

Whether your organization has standardized on Snowflake, Databricks, or is still deciding, Eumetix delivers the implementation — not just the recommendation.

We design and build cloud data warehouse environments on sector-leading cloud providers. Be production-ready from day one: clean ingestion pipelines, governed data models, and the documentation your team actually needs to maintain what we build.

Data Warehouse or Lake Implemented.

A complete analytical warehouse — schema design, data modeling, initial loads, and the pipelines to keep it current. We build on Trino and Apache Iceberg for clients going sovereign, on PostgreSQL for simpler needs, or on your existing platform if you already have one. The warehouse is designed around the questions your business actually needs to answer, not a theoretical reference architecture.

You get: A working warehouse with your data in it. ETL/ELT pipelines running on schedule. Documentation. Your team trained to operate and extend it. If we’re building on a sovereign stack, that includes Kubernetes deployment on European infrastructure.

This is for you if: Your analysts are querying production databases directly, you’re joining data across spreadsheets from six different systems, your current warehouse is too expensive, or you don’t have a warehouse yet and know you need one.

We Make This Talk to That.

Whether you need a cost-effective bespoke integration platform built on open-source tools, or a turnkey implementation on a sector-leading commercial platform, we’ve done both — repeatedly. We scope per source system, so you start where it matters most and add the rest on your timeline.

System Integrations

We connect your systems to each other and to your warehouse. We understand the ways in which modern (and even less modern) systems talk to one another — whether that’s CDC replication from a production database, an API integration with a SaaS platform, EDI/IDOC feeds from trading partners, or event-driven streaming. Each integration is scoped and evaluated by business criticality, so you start with the source that matters most and add the rest on your timeline.

Let Us Do the Data Plumbing

Whether you need a product recommendation or you have a tech stack in mind, we have worked with code-based, no-code and low-code tool sets from Talend to Informatica, from dbt to Databricks. So you get a working, tested, documented pipeline from your source systems to your targets — warehouse, data lake, or another application. Monitoring and alerting configured. Runbook for your team.

System Integrations

Most integration projects fail in the scoping phase. Someone maps out every source system at once, prices the whole thing as a single engagement, and six months later half the connections are in a backlog while the business waits. Or years of point-to-point integrations have created a cats-cradle, and you don’t know how to untangle it. We can help.

We prioritize by value. If Salesforce and your on-premises ERP both need to land in your warehouse, we assess which one unblocks the most and start there — while the overall architecture accounts for both from day one. Each source is scoped and priced individually, so the engagement stays manageable and you’re seeing working pipelines, not a project plan.

The technical surface area we cover is broad: database replication, REST and SOAP API integrations, EDI and IDOC feeds from trading partners, event-driven streaming, and file-based transfers for systems that haven’t moved on from SFTP. Modern and legacy. We’ve worked with both, and the older ones are usually the ones that matter most to the business.

The Right Tool for the Right Job

The right tool for an integration depends on what you’re connecting, who’s going to maintain it, and what you’re willing to pay in licensing versus engineering time. We don’t have a platform religion. We’ve delivered integrations on Apache Hop, dbt, Talend, Informatica, Fivetran, Airbyte, and bespoke Python pipelines, and we’ll tell you honestly which one fits your situation — including when the open-source option is genuinely good enough and when it isn’t.

What you get at the end: a working, tested, documented pipeline from your source systems to your targets. Monitoring and alerting configured so you know when something breaks before your business does. A runbook your team can actually follow. We don’t hand you a working pipeline and disappear — we make sure someone on your side understands what’s running and why.

Let’s Build Something Together

No vendor pitch. No bloated proposal. Just a straight conversation about what you need and whether we’re the right fit.
