Integration Projects

We Make This…Talk to That.

Whether you need a cost-effective bespoke integration platform built on open-source tools, or a turnkey implementation on a sector-leading commercial platform, we’ve done both — repeatedly. We scope per source system, so you start where it matters most and add the rest on your timeline.

We connect your systems to each other and to your warehouse. One source, one pipeline, done properly — whether that’s CDC replication from a production database, an API integration with a SaaS platform, EDI/IDOC feeds from trading partners, or event-driven streaming. Each integration is scoped and priced individually so you’re not buying a monolithic project when you only need one connection working by next month.

What a typical engagement looks like

Most integration projects follow the same shape: we assess the source system and your target, design the pipeline, build and test it, deploy it with monitoring and alerting, and hand you a runbook your team can follow. For a single source-to-target pipeline, that’s typically 2–4 weeks. Complex multi-source programs are scoped as a series of these, not as one enormous waterfall — prioritized by what your business needs working first, delivered in agile sprints, with transformation logic documented as we go.

What we deliver

A working, tested, documented pipeline from your source system to your target — warehouse, data lake, or another application. Monitoring and alerting configured. Error handling that doesn’t silently fail. A runbook for your team so you’re not dependent on us to keep it running. If you have a tool set already in mind, we are happy to provide implementation services. If you don’t, we can help you decide.

Once it’s running, we can stay on. We offer managed services and ongoing support — monitoring, incident response, pipeline maintenance, and enhancements — so your integrations keep working as your systems and data volumes change.
